5 year old grandson has recently started on his Martial Arts journey. He thoroughly enjoys each class. Extremely organized classes with expert (and patient) instruction.

Evolution Martial Arts in Parkland & Sunrise was the BEST decision I ever made in my Life. Yes it was so much fun & hard work, yes no pain no gain I learn so much & still learning it's an ongoing process. Throughout my 11 years of training with 💯🙌🚀 school Evolution Martial Arts. Martial arts & it has been an amazing journey and I rediscovered my indomitable spirit that was within us all along. It's the never give up attitude, the fire which⭐ kindles, within us to persevere and to strive to be your best that you can become! Thank you once again, Evolution martial arts for believing in ME!! and pushing me further and further everytime I go to class. I am learning important lessons in karate and in our day-to-day life thank you for the kindness & for always supporting, always guiding ♥️ me & showing that the black belt person is always there within everyone single person. The choice to have our granddaughter attend this martial arts facility was one of the best decisions for her extracurricular skills training program in addition to her tennis. They stress real life real world situations these kids may face and how to use and when to use defense strategies for protection. They focus on various disciplines and techniques all taught by instructors who hold black belts and are extremely accomplished and quite impressive. This August 2025 begins her second year learning and practicing the various karate styles, developing her physical and mental strength, increasing her awareness for self defense skills, and instilling an overall sense of respect for self and others. EMA expects them to do their best and requires them to follow their decorum and always show respect. Their summer camp program she attended was so well organized, lead by Ms. Roth, filled with such a variety of activities that ran the gamut from physical skill challenges to mental thinking and reasoning activities to just plain old fashioned fun arts and crafts, all while weaving in tactics for their next belt testing. It was great for all ages and levels and revealed such cooperation amongst them. Master Rosen, with more black belts than I recall, is truly great with the students and is more than impressive with his skills (we watch in awe as he demonstrates). The manner in which they deal with the students shows compassion with an expectation of compliance and of course, a lively sense of humor from Ms. Roth, who I just love to observe and interact with. Needless to say, this facility, which is always so clean and organized, is one that I highly recommend for so many reasons as noted above. Our granddaughter is always motivated to attend classes; as many as she can fit into her week and leaves feeling good and with a smile - thank you Evolution Martial Arts. Looking forward to the upcoming Saturday Olympic games which should be so much fun for all!
