By accessing and using Evolution Martial Arts services, website, and applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Evolution Martial Arts provides martial arts instruction, related programs (BBLP, camps, special events), and associated management tools including student portals, scheduling, and billing systems.

3. Membership and Payments

Membership fees are billed monthly. Family discounts apply automatically for additional members. Cancellation requires written notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Assumption of Risk

Martial arts training involves physical activity and inherent risks. All participants and their guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to the liability waiver provided during enrollment.

5. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Evolution Martial Arts reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of our code of conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, curriculum, and materials are the property of Evolution Martial Arts and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
